Ingredients
6 chicken eggs
150 g of powdered sugar
100 g butter , melted
1 tsp pandan paste
1 tbsp suji leaf water
150 gr flour
½ tsp baking powder
How to make
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy , put flour that has been sifted with baking powder slowly , alternating with the butter has melted .
Enter pasta pandan leaves suji and water , stirring until blended .
Prepare a round baking pan that has been buttered and dusted with a little flour . Pour the cake batter into the pan .
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 30 minutes .
Remove from cake from pan , cut into slices and serve .
Cut each sponge cake sometimes tricky it can be inflated to make the perfect cake . If any cutting technique , might be a sponge that you have created with difficulty will fall apart . Use a long serrated knife to cut the cake special if you have , or the usual long knife that has been soaked in warm water and wipe with a clean towel .
