SHRIMP RECIPES NORI

MATERIALS :
150 g dried somen
2 sheets nori
24 medium shrimp , peeled , tail left
60 g flour
  SHRIMP RECIPES NORI1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 egg yolks
75 ml of water
Oil for frying
SAUCE :
1 tablespoon cooking oil
' / 4 tsp garlic finely
1/4 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp Japanese soy sauce ( shoyu )
2 tbsp mirin

HOW TO SHRIMP NORI :
1 . Cut the somen size 5 cm .
